50 km north of Le Mans, 16 minutes from the A28 motorway exit and in the heart of the Normandie Maine Regional Nature Park, the Prieuré Saint Martin gîte welcomes you to a rural setting combining the charm of a 16th-century character house with the comfort of modern accommodation and a large private garden of 2,500 m2. Ground floor: kitchen (dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave, washing machine), WC, dining/living room (flat-screen TV), WiFi access, shower room, 2 bedrooms: the 1st with 1 double bed (140x190) and the 2nd with 1 single bed (140x190). Upstairs, shower room, WC, 2 bedrooms: the 1st with 1 x 160 x 200 bed and the 2nd with 1 x 140 x 200 bed + cot. SIGHTSEEING: Car museum and Le Mans 24-hour race circuit, St Léonard des Bois, Alpes Mancelles nature reserve, hiking, mountain bike circuit, fishing, canoeing, acrobranche course, tourism, excursions, swimming possible in the Sillé-le-Guillaume region.
