In the superb setting of the Alpes Mancelles, on the banks of the Sarthe, the Friends of Saint-Léonard are organising the 26th edition of their Festival des Métiers d'art & métiers anciens, with over 100 exhibitors on hand to share their passion with you and show you their finest crafts and artistic creations!
On the programme:
- Painters, cutlers, blacksmiths, glassblowers, lampshade artists, antique bookbinders, pottery makers, basket weavers, mosaic artists, ceramists, waxworkers, woodturners, sculptors, photographers, designers of decorative objects and jewellery, embroiderers, lacemakers, floral designers, leatherworkers, upholsterers, ironworkers, postcard collectors...
- The presence of the sculptor duo Man-Athan (four-handed sculptor)
- A literary area with 15 authors and publishers from the West of France (Catherine Lamour, Katia Verba, Michèle Andrieux, etc.)
- Musical entertainment with the group Donoma, Anglo-Saxon pop rock covers
Food and refreshments on site and in the village.
