Description
A festival of small, spectacular forms in the countryside!
For twenty years, the Kikloche Festival has been making steady progress, with consistency and conviction. Twenty years of journeys made, villages passed through, and connections forged over the summers. And yet, here we are at its 21st edition — like a passing of the baton between memory and the present, between what has been and what continues to be created.
This year, the festival will be setting up shop in Saint-Aubin-de-Locquenay on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 June! The festival will take over the heart of the village, but also its unexpected corners: the town hall, the school, the church… and even a straw theatre specially built for the occasion. So many places to explore, so many worlds to discover, blending poetry, fantasy and wonder.
On the programme this year are around fifteen shows that are sure to surprise, entertain and amaze you...
The festival will be divided into two main events:
- on Saturday, an evening of three free concerts and two family shows
- Sunday with around fifteen shows, continuous performances and a craft and community market (from 11am to 7pm)
Full programme available to download.
