Gérard Bertaux, a resident of Saint-Pierre-des-Nids, is a self-taught amateur photographer. He presents this exhibition of two series of photographs taken in the Alpes Mancelles.

From Tuesday, July 2nd to Saturday, August 31st in the Great Hall

Take a trip back in time this summer. Discover life in Saint-Léonard-des-Bois in the early 20th century. Admire the landscapes of yesteryear, stroll through the village lanes and discover the shops and trades of the time. Along the banks of the Sarthe, observe the rural life of yesteryear.

A wonderful afternoon to indulge yourself and discover the beautiful, local products that will be on sale throughout the season in the boutique.

To be discovered around the chestnut tree:
– creations: wooden games and objects, hats, natural soaps, balms, jewelry, decorative objects, T-shirts, herbal teas, braiding demonstrations…
– tastings: jams, terrines, chutneys, honeys, oils, syrups, vinegars, beers, perries, ciders …
