Located in a traditional 19th-century weavers' house, the refuge des Alpes mancelles is a 2-room duplex flat on the first floor, sleeping 6.
Minimum stay: 2 days (3 in high season).
It includes:
- 3 beds: queen-size four-poster bed and pull-out bed in the bedroom + cot, sofa bed for 2 in the living room.
- fully-equipped kitchen with cutlery and cooking utensils
- lounge with table, 5 chairs, armchair, bookcase, beams, decorative fireplace

The garden, which is not attached, has a barbecue, garden furniture and a live wicker arbour. It overlooks the Sarthe, ideal for anglers and canoeists (equipment not provided).
Enclosed courtyard for 2-wheelers. Pets welcome at no extra charge.
Worth knowing:
The staircase is steep with high steps and is not suitable for people with problems climbing stairs.
The gîte is not suitable for people looking for a modern home.
The garden is not adjoining, so you have to cross the street.
The street is busy.
