This spacious, renovated 2-storey house sleeps up to 15 people.
3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 semi-private area with a double bed, and a bedroom with 4 bunk beds. Additional beds can be found in the upstairs games room with table tennis, table football, desk and a large shelf filled with books, magazines and board games. Each floor has its own bathroom/WC, plus an additional WC.
The surface area of the gîte is 240 m2. The kitchen opens to the west. The main room of 56 m2 has a sitting area, a fireplace and a dining room with a table for 14. The utility room is equipped with 2 fridges, a dishwasher, a microwave, a large sink and plenty of storage space.
4000m2 of outdoor space with 2 terraces, one to the south with hammocks and sun loungers, and one to the west with garden furniture, a pond for fishing, a bowling green, and the garden allow you to explore and relax.
We offer eco-gite services: the cleaning company uses only organic products, the household linen has just been changed to organic cotton, as have the basic household products. All waste is recycled, and Claude will be on hand to help you sort it.
If you wish to bring a pet, please let us know when you book.
You will only pay for heating during the cooler seasons: the meters are read on arrival and departure and the charges (fuel and wood) are to be paid on site at the end of your stay.
Access is via a separate road. Outside areas include terraces, a garden, a lawn around the south and west sides, a fishing pond and a car park.

During school holidays, weekly rentals are preferred.
