La Basse Cour is a picturesque 18th-century farmhouse that has been converted into a pretty longère with 3 guest rooms. It is a one-hectare estate where the view stretches across the gardens to the Perseigne forest. A place of peace and relaxation on the banks of the lake, where herons and egrets, wild ducks, moorhens and many other birds roam, offering you the ultimate in tranquillity.
The rooms are on the first floor with en suite shower rooms and toilets, and there is a communal lounge for travellers with coffee, tea and coffee-making facilities, a fridge and microwave oven. Breakfast is at your convenience until 11am and can be enjoyed on the terrace by the lake, or you can enjoy a picnic in our gardens.
The house key is included with your room key, so you can set your own hours.
Nature lovers and walkers will be delighted to take one of the signposted walks, starting from the town hall park behind our house.
Just 10 minutes from Alençon (A28 and N12) and 35 minutes from Le Mans, providing quick access for circuit racing enthusiasts.
