To mark the 28th Printemps des Poètes, Festivals en Pays de Haute Sarthe and the local libraries are organising a number of events!
On Saturday 28 March from 5pm, join us at the Médiathèque Camille Bardou in Fresnay-sur-Sarthe for a concert by TZL! Tanzel is a young slammer and rapper, 43 years old, who draws his inspiration from artists from the 'golden age' of French rap in the 90s and 2000s, as well as from French slam stars. This school teacher, known on the networks as Maître Poisson, released a 7-track EP entitled Ainsi va la vie in September 2025, mixing slam, rap and percussion from different regions of the world. In it, he freely evokes social issues (bullying at school, chronic illnesses, solidarity, etc.) in order to raise awareness and get people to react. It's an old-fashioned approach that still resonates today. Discover it for yourself!
